MY HORIZON MISSED ME, ALONG WITH MR PFAFF.....I WORKED THEM HARD AND HEAVY TODAY!!!!

My mother wanted me to use this fabric for the screen project....but I just couldn't....sooooooo
It went from this....

To this...... I will admit that the screening was not easy to work with but it is now done. How do you like it now.....????

When I was cleaning my sewing room the other day I came across the stencils that my friend Krista made for me before leaving Amerika Samoa and so....today I worked up some towels. Still thinking of embellishing the flowers and pelican...we will see. I have two more towels that need some stitching but that will be for another day.

Don't forget the Beam N Read blog hop.....we are on day 2 now...just click on the links on my sidebar. Thanks!!

Oh...so I topped off my evening with finishing this...whohooooo It is a bright green and navy blue, the colors don't show up well. I really need to learn to work my camera!

I love the screen bag. I just knew it would make a great tote bag. You can see what is in it. It would be excellent for quick shopping trips.

I wondered what that screen material was for. That tote is so neat. I like your quilt very much, too. Yep, the sewing machines like to be fed fabric on a regular basis:)

You are the hardest working most creative person I know! I would have thrown the red screen away!

I *love* that bag!!! Definitely a better fabric choice than the first one shown. OK. Gotta go get a napkin now - too much drooling. ;D

I think the butterfly fabric was a perfect choice for your Mom's screen mesh bag.

I've been toying with the idea of "dressing up" our kitchen towels. The one thing that has stopped me is that my family won't use them if I make them "all pretty". lol

That turned out real cute. Can't wait to see if Mom has seen it. Well that will be at 9 o'clock

You are supposed to do what your mom says! Right? lol Glad you disobeyed :o) the butterflies and dots are perfect with the red screen!! You'll have to make something else special for your mom with the other (wouldn't want you to be in dutch).
