LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
Well, cool! I love your wallhanging! I have some Ghastlies that I have been afraid to cut. I plan to order more so I can make my daughter the quilt she wants (it was supposed to be for me, but she begged). Needless to say, this quilt won't be made for Halloween this year. Oh well, Halloween happens next year too...
Thanks to you, too. Good job with the tree, it goes with the Ghastlies.
Wonderful wall hanging Barb and the quilting makes it look even more magical. Love the tree and buttons. This IS a really fun hop!
I love your ghastly wall quilt.
Ghastly hugs from Sweden
More Ghastlie fun!! Love the added tree.

Amazing quilting you made the darling wall hanging to die for. And oh I have to go check out those buttons
Love your wall hanging! Very cute! :) Did you actually stitch out the tree? If so, you did a wonderful job on that!! WOW!
Your quilt looks fabulous, I've been enjoying hopping around. What a bunch of talent the participants have.
It is sooo cute. I love it. You did a great job.
I love the wallhanging. If you really want to add words, I think "boooo" and "woooo" would be good. but I'm not sure how you could get the sort of ghostlie tone in!
Hi Barb!
I never knew what the Ghastlies were until I clicked on Madame Samm's blog button. It was love at first sight! I tried to think of some clever words but I could only come up with, "something ghastlie this way comes!". I also wanted to say thank you for sharing all your wonderful talents and creations with us! Thank you!

Fantastic! Love the colors!
You stitched a Ghastlie tree! I love it. :D
I love your wall hanging. Sorry I can offer no ideas for the words. I love the bags too (btw the link is not workings). Your work is always amazing.

Nice work!! Thanks for sharing.
Love it! This fabric is so fun! And you used purple! :) My fav color!
Oh my ~ Beautiful wall hanging. I wish I had some 'words' for you but I am horrible at that type of thing. Heck, my own children are lucky they even got names when they were born. lol And on two of the three children I realized years later how I messed thst up even. WHY would anyone give their poor child a very common first name when thier last name is Andersen? That's like naming your child John Jones or something ya know. but yep, I did that to my twins.
Anyway, your tree is amazing too. That took a lot of work and patience I'm sure but it fits perfectly. Wonderful job you've done. I just adore the Ghastlies and am so upset I never bought any when it first hit the stores.
Cute wall hanging! The drawing looks like fun!
Barb I just knew you would do something wonderful and there's that tree! I love it - I wish I had been peeking over your shoulder watching you do it. I'm going to try it on my next project. blessings, marlene
You did such a great job, Barb! I feel guilty for not doing a quilt. There were definitely some lovely ones out there. We'll see what people think tomorrow. But I love yours today!
I just adore the cute young lady with the pink bow in her hair. This is such fun fabric!
Your wall hanging is adorable.

greetings Brigitte

The tree is amazing, but that quilting is outrageous! I piece, applique but don't know how to actually quilt!
Love!! Thanks for sharing!!
Ghastlie cool project!! Someday I am going to figure out embroidery by machine.
Great job Barb! Love how you embroidered the tree.

I would love to win your giveaway. I don't know what words I would choose for your quilt, but I think you'd pretty much have to include the word "ghastly." Thank you for the giveaway!

Cute wallhanging! This blog hop is so fun. Thanks for sharing!
So cute! You could put the phrase "A Witching Night Tonight" on it.
The tree free-motion is great! I'm not so good at words either. MR and I write what we call "Bad Poetry" for special occasions. Some times serious, sometimes goofy. But I'll give it a go
Home is where you hang your broom,
Home is where you cook your brew.
Fly on up and sit a spell,
And maybe have a cup or two.
Now I'll have to go put that with my yard of Ghastly fabric so I dond't forget it,lol.
Please enter me in your hat full of names to be drawn for the fabrics from Maddam Sammi, but not the half yard of yours (I already have a yard of that, I just don't have the other fabrics to go with it!!!) Thanks for Sharing your creativity :o)

Barb!! Love your wall-hanging! The tree is amazing. And I like the purple. Why not use Annie's idea and stamp your words on the fabric?
Impressive. Love the quilting too.
I love the ghastlie tree - fun fussy cutting!
Words to add? Are you looking for a saying or just a word or two? Because I think something along the "Ghastlie Family Tree" would work very well with that GORGEOUS tree you've created. :)
Gah! I commented but it seems to have disappeared, so I'll try again. If you're really looking for words to incorporate, I think something along the lines of "The Ghastlie Family Tree" would work well, especially with that GORGEOUS tree you've created here! :)

Very clever use of the fabric Barb! Perhaps an owl saying "whooooo" or a ghost done with thread painting that is saying "boo!" might work? I can't think of anything more clever to add on your piece! lol
