NO SITTING ON THE OLD LAURELS HERE!!!

Looks like it has been a while since I have posted....but there has been no sitting around here.
I am working on this octopus quilt for a customer (which by the way is giving me fits...or the machine is giving me fits...bad tension).

Been working with this green fabric.....
and this next fabric (talk about wild....you will need glasses for this one).
This is what I am working on now....yep, those wild colors above.  I am letting my Pfaff rest for today....trust me it needs it.

Inchworm Fabrics gave instructions for this cute heart runner and is offering kits for it as well.   It is her birthday in a few day.  You do know she is the older sister...HA!!!!  She is having a giveaway...hop on over there, wish her a happy birthday(just click on the birthday and you will be transported)! She is also offering kits for this topper as well. She has some adorable Valentine fabrics.

I hate it when my machine has tension issues and I know it recently worked correctly. Errr.

Did you change your thread? Needle? Stablizer?

Love Mr. Octopus! Are you quilting with Mr. Big? I like to use Bobbin Washers. Are you familiar with them?

You....idle???? I cannot imagine that would ever fit into your life, Barb. I hope the machine enjoys the break and straightens out for you.

Wring in that octopus's legs and tell him(her) to behave. LOL
Barb, I never knew you sewed for others. I did that for YEARS !! And when we moved here to AZ, I sewed all Bernina's samples for their shop. Now - I sew for ME, FAMILY and FRIENDS - for presents.
