The very question while I was making the middle heart..."Am I insane or what?"
Look very close.... I cut all of those circles out with my go cutter, actually for all three hearts. The only difference is for the middle one I cut the center out of the circle and used the whole circle to get this desired effect.
As I was cutting them out, it dawned on me that I would have to stitch around each one. I will not tell you how long it took me to just make the middle heart but trust me, it took almost equally as long to stitch around the inside and outside of it.
The next question is....Was it worth it?

Yes Barb you are a little insane but that's why we love ya. You do all the beautiful projects first and then you tell us what is easy and what is crazy but they are all beautiful. Blessings Sandra
No, I don't think you are insane. Amazing detail. Love it. Really love it. I've never seen anything like this on a quilt before. Beautiful. You are so talented.
