YOU HAVE MY HEART!!!!

From this magazine.....

I found this quilt....

And I made it into this:

I am quite pleased with how it turned out except that the white polka dots on red are not straight...so it kinda gives my quilt an illusion of not being proportionate.
Otherwise......I am happy with it. This is just the top. Maybe I will have it quilted by the time this post on the 8th...today is Friday the 4th.

This is adorable Barb. I saw this one when the mag came out and you did a good job of recreating it. I think the dots look fine!

I love this little quilt. Obviously that is a panel in the corner. It is so cute. I see what you mean about the dots but I like the unevenness (is that a word?)

Very cute maybe when you quilt it the dots won't bug you. What was the date of the book.

I think the quilt is Wonderful!! The polka dots give the piece movement and NOT in a bad way IMHO.

What a cute pattern. Is this magazine a new one or an old one?

I just love it! You know I like bright colours! The reds dots do give it a kaleidescopish (new word)to it. Very cute!

Barb, That's an adorable quilt and the polka dots look just fine. When you quilt it, it probably won't even be noticeable. We're our own worst critics.

This is just too cute! Just love it - and a little wonkiness just adds to the charm... (not that it looks wonky from here)
