BAILEY HOME QUILTER

I finally found time to play with my Bailey Home Quilter.

Took a lot of frogging (rip it! rip it!!) trying to adjust the tension.  Thread breakage,
bobbin messing up, tension slipping...  I guess you can tell I had a time with it but

with every new baby, you have to learn how to make it purr.

MEOW!!

Even with the issues I had learning the machine it still took less time quilting this than on my domestic machine.

Looks so wonderful in my dinning room.   I am so thrilled.

  7. Glad you are liking your new machine. Is it on the same frame as your other machine? How much throat room do you have? Bet you are having fun!

  12. Lovely quilt, Barb. Do you have your new Bailey on a frame or is it a sit down setup? I looked at, played with (and drooled over) the Handi-Quilter Avante 18 at the Dallas Quilt Celebration. I have down-selected to my favorite model and chosen a distributor, too bad I'm not ready to spend the $$$$.

    Happy belated quilting day,
