I finally found time to play with my Bailey Home Quilter.
Took a lot of frogging (rip it! rip it!!) trying to adjust the tension. Thread breakage,
bobbin messing up, tension slipping... I guess you can tell I had a time with it but
with every new baby, you have to learn how to make it purr.
MEOW!!
Even with the issues I had learning the machine it still took less time quilting this than on my domestic machine.
Looks so wonderful in my dinning room. I am so thrilled.
Is your machine on a frame?
ReplyDeleteIt sure does look wonderful in your dining room! Excellent!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah. It looks wonderful too. I'm glad that you got it figured out.
ReplyDeleteGreat job.I'm excited for you! It took me awhile to get comfortable with mine.
ReplyDeleteWonderful job and great table.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got it figured out. The quilt looks great on your table.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you made friends with your new toy, the table topper looks great, I love those colors.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...and I laughed at your froggie comment!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are liking your new machine. Is it on the same frame as your other machine? How much throat room do you have? Bet you are having fun!
ReplyDeleteThat was the first I have heard of the Bailey. I hope you really enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, but the quilting makes me dizzy! Lol.
ReplyDeleteI never heard of the Bailey either. Glad you are enjoying it. Cheerful table for spring.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...love the colors! Never heard of this new toy...sounds like you will have a blast with it.
ReplyDeleteLovely quilt, Barb. Do you have your new Bailey on a frame or is it a sit down setup? I looked at, played with (and drooled over) the Handi-Quilter Avante 18 at the Dallas Quilt Celebration. I have down-selected to my favorite model and chosen a distributor, too bad I'm not ready to spend the $$$$.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated quilting day,
Susan in Texas
