Yesterday one of my sons went up into the attic and passed down a box that was labeled "Quilt Tops" 1966
Oh my goodness yes......
There are forty of these blocks
I actually made this quilt when I first stated quilting for a young gal who graduated college. Wish I had a picture but I don’t.
I didn’t have much money so I used two different color sheets, I blanket stitched the flower center and hand quilted it…what was I thinking?

ReplyDeleteI have been looking through your posts with all your fantastic finds. I have a double knit quilt made out of those blocks. I have an old pattern book with that pattern in it. I have actually thought of making the quilt again but out of up to date fabrics. Don't know if I will try to start it this year or not.
