YOU CAN'T MAKE JUST ONE!!!

Here is the finished product.

You can get the tutorial here

 .
These are so fast and fun...I just want to make more.

Someone asked me how I did the corners....now that is a good question. I just did them like you would do a regular binding corner except for the sides, I did them the same as you would on the corners of a quilt except I put them on an angle. I don't know if that makes sense. I still need practice but I am pleased with how they turned out.

The winner of the batik runner kit is Laurie from "West Texas Threads".....so Laurie, I need your address.... Maybe next time I get a hankering to do another one of these runners, I will just cut out double and have another giveaway....sounds good to me.

  3. It does make sense how you did the corners, it just takes doing it to understand. I love the quilting and slightly puckered/vintage look in this!

  5. Cute. I don't have any nice tables to use table runners on but it is adorable.

  8. Congratulations Laurie!

Barb, this runner turned out beautiful also. The colors are very nice and work well with the brown glass bottles and table.

With small projects like your runner, I like to cut out and make a couple at a time.

  12. Oh, I love your runners. Both are so cute. I really enjoy Jenni's tutorials and I have made a few things from them. She makes it all so easy with these and I like having a tool that's multi functional...

  15. I just read your blog...funny, we both used the word 'hankerin' in our latest blog posts. You're from Texas, so that explains your use, but me? And I wasn't even watching Dallas (though I did watch Nashville this afternoon :). ) Anyway, love your table runners.
