A sweet friend sent me these wonderful antique squares. They are so fabulous and hand sewn. There are sixteen of them plus enough squares to make more. I just don’t
have the time to finish these up. So they are going to be given away today…..will pick a winner come Monday. Family is invited to throw their name in the hat.
Here it is in one pile.
NEXT GIVEAWAY
is these awesome stars. There are thirty of them, hand sewn.
I certainly enjoyed looking at the different fabrics and for some reason it transports me back in time. So just leave a comment for these stars as well….there will be two winners.
Once again, winners will be chosen on Monday.
Have a fabulous day….gotta get back to the sewing room….what a mess.
International friends welcomed...
The nine patches are so cute. The fabric is authentic 30's rather than reproduction.
ReplyDeleteThose old squares and stars are very tempting, but don't put me in the draw. I already have too many things on my sewing plate! LOL

ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway of these gorgeous antique squares. My mother and I have worked with blocks and unsewn pieces to make quilts before -- so know these will be treated well. Also, I've handsewn hundreds of 4.5 inch LeMoyne stars so know that could complete those shown for something special. Also, we have the wonderful Log Cabin Quilters at the Levy County Quilt Museum whose experience we can tap. These are delightful blocks. Thanks for the chance.
