I wanted to show you the scarves I made Saturday.
My husband picked out the darker fabric. It took more time to thread the serger than it did to make the scarves.
I also put bindings on three items. I finished up the November Calendar wall hanging that was shown on a previous post. Finished my reindeer quilt, you will see tomorrow and put the binding on a baby quilt that will be shown at a later date. My sewing room is clean.
but....
but...
I have one question to ask.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE MY BATTERY CHARGER FOR MY CAMERA IS?????
I have searched high and low.....
The scarves are beautiful! As for the camera charger, look on the kitchen cabinet that is where I keep mine. haha
ReplyDeleteLove your scarves...and no I can't find my own camera! LOL
ReplyDeleteWhen you went to sew with the ladies, did you put your charger in your take along bag?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scraves , really love the butterfly one :-0 Good luck finding your charger , they seem to have a way of hiding for me too.
ReplyDeleteNope it' probably with all the other lost ones! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteGiggle! I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one who does that! On the other hand, I have never made pretty scarves like those....lovely colors!

Oooh -- your hubby did a terrific job of picking out that dark green! I keep mine plugged into the outlet over the kitchen sink so I *always* know where to find it! :)
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling re the serger thing! I once took it back to the store for them to load it. Who makes things like this so hard to thread?
ReplyDeleteI love those scarves. Very pretty. I keep saying I should get a serger and then I get a hold of myself and talk some sense in to me.

Wow you have been busy!! They came out great!! Did you look for the charger in the fridge??
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love the scarves. Especially the butterfly one! I'm sure your battery charger is someplace "safe".
ReplyDeleteThe battery charger is buried under some other stuff. LOL
ReplyDeleteYep it takes a bit to thread a serger. The scarves look great.
Beautiful scarves! Alot of the time prepping for a project takes longer than actually making it. Always makes me shake my head.
