What was I thinking?
I ran out of steam halfway through these, made myself finish them last night.
You can get the pattern here.
If you are counting, (I know someone will check up on my math), there are only 27 here, gave one away already.
Have a wonderful day!!!

ReplyDeleteGood for you! You have such good self-discipline.
ReplyDeleteBut they are so darn cute!!!!! I think one would look lovely in PA :o) hehehe
ReplyDeleteRhey are darling, Barb....a gaggle of Santas!!
ReplyDeleteYou really are amazing! I downloaded the pattern a few days ago, but haven't made any yet. I think 5 or 6 will be enough for me. Can't imagine making any more than that.
ReplyDeleteOh Barb: once again I leave blog land and you become addicted to cute little Christmas things. Also the new machine is awesome. Must look for something too...Ebay, never thought of that.
ReplyDeleteI leave you for a few weeks and look what you do...shop, shop, sew and sew more. I love the little santas...but I am so far behind stuff that this will not be done this year. Next year I must look for an embroidery machine too. What a deal you got.
ReplyDeleteThese ar gorgeous!!! I have to make a couple of these too!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute and they will make people smile.
ReplyDeleteSEWWWWW CUTE!!
ReplyDeleteP
VERY CUTE!!!
ReplyDeleteThose came out so cute! I don't think I'd ever make that many at once! LOL
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable and worth every minute that you spent on them Barb.
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha...oh Barb, you are wonderful, my friend! They are all so cute. I downloaded the pattern earlier, but as usual, haven't made any yet...maybe next year!
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Cyndi
We knew you could do it!! They are darling!
ReplyDeleteLOL I never thought about counting them. They are really cute. I bet you are SO done with them.
ReplyDeletevery cute! I have saved the pattern and that might be as far as they get this year... :0
ReplyDeleteBarb! Those are SEW cute! I'm going to save that pattern for future Christmases (neighbor gifts) because WOW!
ReplyDeleteI have made one of those Christmas Balls you showed the other day. Am I just slow, or do they really take kind of a long time (like 3 hours) to make? I've got to put the band around the middle and then I'll show it. I wanted to make those for neighbor gifts this year, but I may run out of time.
Anyway, my point is, THANK YOU! for the cute ornament ideas. I think that homemade ornaments make the best neighbor gifts and I haven't had any good ideas on them in several years.

but they are seriously cute!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute...what a great gift idea!
ReplyDeleteYou only ran out of steam halfway?! I would've been done after number 1! Incredible amount of effort and hard work!
ReplyDeleteLOL I just finished 13 and that is enough. One for each toddle favor in my granddaughters school class. LOL They are labor intensive and I have taken way to long to finish them. No more Santa's this year but they are so cute!!marybeth.ticknor@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteYes, 28 was a lot, but they're done now and we're all jealous that yours are all finished and the rest of us (me) has to start! Great idea!

I'm making 14 ornaments this year and struggling. I can't imagine doing 28!
ReplyDeleteI've got a couple of those Santas on my tree. My mom made them a few years ago.
Yea for a finish! I started making 20 something Santas the other day. I got as far as sewing all the fabric to the front and trimming it. I was using scrap fabric for the red hats and didn't think about needing to have red for the back. Did you use all red for the back or is it half red and half white? I'm thinking about adding batting to mine.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lot of Santas ,they sure are cute !
ReplyDeleteYou are my hero...Santa lady you....28. I did count them lol...and everyone of them re pretty amazing...28.. Wow

ReplyDeleteHow cute, are you giving them away or putting them on xmas packages or just hanging them on your tree. Blessings Sandra
