  1. your Orange Slice quilt, is that a pattern or one you've created? I absolutely love it.

for your be attitudes quilt, I would go a plain border. it looks great!

  4. Have you finished both Be quilts? Borders for the Be quilt would really depend on what size you want. The Orange Slice quilt is pretty. I hope you show it with the borders. Have a good day!

  5. Did you use a Kona for the Orange slice?? Love the colors with the white, but fear of threads on backside stop me dead in my tracks...

  7. The first thing that popped into my head was to put all the words (respectful...etc.) along the border....but then I'm not doing the work on it :0)

  17. |Orange! the love of my quilting for three years.
I'd think of navy for the binding to pop the edges or another dark colour.

  19. Those borders will be on and they'll be off to the quilter's before you know it! Love how they turned out. I'm working on a fast and easy quilt that I've always wanted to do for myself. I did one for my DIL before she married my son and have always wanted one for myself so I decided to do it. I had enough scraps for it so it made it even more fun! Maybe my theme for the year should be called "a year without buying fabric" bz that's pretty much what I'm doing. But that would be so boring wouldn't it? Not seeing the luscious new fabric or touching it. I think I'm going to be in trouble the first time I can head in a fabric store to buy fabric bz I'll go bloomin' crazy wanting everything my eyes see, lol!

  20. Barb, love your Be-attitudes quilt! Love it! Here's my 2c. I think you should use the same fabric you used for the words for the border.

And the orange slice quilt is pretty awesome too!
