This was such a fun pattern, you might be seeing more of these. I once again used my walking foot for the "stitching in the ditch", my darning foot for the stippling on the sides. I did use different thread for the top and bottom threads while stippling. (I know, some of the bottom shows through) but...I didn't want turqoise thread on the bottom and it looks okay doing it this way.
This is such a nice quilt as well - love the turquoise border!

ReplyDeleteGood Job, turquoise and purple are my favorite colors. I have a quilt pattern to do for my grandson. its bugs in a jar. I have all the bug fabric, just need the time to do it. Soon!!!!
