Anytime I think of the beach, ocean, or sea, I think of Amerika Samoa and truly miss the wind, smell, and most of all friends. So this Blog hop brings back a lot of fun memories and the fabrics I was given was right up my alley.
What a Splash of Fun!!
If you have been following this blog hop, then you will know that there are some extremely talented Island Batik Ambassadors. Even better is the fabulous....FABULOUS FABRICS!!!
The fabric I am representing is:
The thread I used was Aurifil 2318, great thread, blends nicely, great for quilting.
Here are just a few of the fabulous fabrics that I have chosen to use for this:
I call this Gecko Invasion.
Here are some close ups.
Don't you just love this fabulous fabric?
Now you might just laugh or roll your eyes but as a young girl I loved this when going to the beach. Maybe I was just so hungry from playing so hard but.....
Here is my peanut butter and jelly recipe.
Take Peanut butter of choice and jelly of choice
scoop both into a bowl and mix.
Place on the freshest bread you can find
and there you have it, a cheap delicious treat for the beach.
Even tho there is Burger King, McDonalds, Kentrucky Fried...don't give up on the PPJ.
If you had some cold milk it would be even better.
I will be giving away a Charm Pack
If you win, you can experience the awesome fabrics that Island Batik makes.
Just leave a comment. Most of these Fabrics are from the Tradewinds collection but I had to add a few from another line.
Then Island Batik is giving away a Fabric Bundle, to enter just enter the rafflecopter.
