SEW SWEET SIMPLICITY - JACQUELYNE STEVES BLOG HOP - Mix up!! PATTERN GIVEAWAY!!!


There has been a slight mix up...but...better late than never...RIGHT?????

So I have my center square done...all the pieces cut out (or do I)?


 Made the snow ball square for the middle
 Working on my half square triangles....using this Fons and Porter ruler.
 Cutting them

Done....just need trimming (be sure to trim yours to the 2" square)

I love how she does her flying geese....almost fail proof!

OOOPS....will be continued tomorrow....

But here is Jacquelyne's #2 Square.  Don't you just love her fabrics?  She has kits available.

  2. I am following along with Jacquelyne's block of the month too! I'm fairly new to quilting, but am so pleased with my first block! I'm hoping to start on block #2 tomorrow! Your colors are so bright and cheerful!

  12. I am all packed up and ready to leave early tomorrow morning, so my block #2 is going to have to be put on hold until I reach TX mid-Dec. It will be the first thing I sew up. A good 'jump start'! Love your applique.

  28. I love these Sew Sweet Simplicity blocks but have not been able to start as our Guild's BOM is due Dec. 4 completely finished. I'm sewing the binding now! I love to see all the different fabrics that people choose.
