DISAPPEARING HOUR GLASS (IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS, YOU ARE MISSING OUT)

Jenny from Missouri Star Quilt Co came up with this.  I watched the video twice and passed it up....told myself later.

Then my sister Jeanette (Inchworm Fabrics) was online and said she was having a quilting fest with her daughter and they were doing these Disappearing Hour Glass.  Asked if I had seen it...Of course but please....please.....I am trying to be strong.

She asked if I would join her and her daughter.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

A gal can be strong for only so long.

so...  From Hour Glass

                                                                  to this..................

Here is the video

                                            Enjoy!!!!  Be Strong!!!

  4. I've also been trying to resist but I've been sitting here this morning thinking about some extra fabric that I bought just because and this might be the just because. I don't need another project but I know it's going to happen so I might as well get started.

  17. I have seen that video. Pretty neat what she can come up even though she was inspired by a student's mistake.

  18. Oh dear. I hadn't seen this one. And now I want to make it. But that iron is distracting. I mean how cool is it that it grows legs when you set it down and knows to retract them when you want to sew again? (I knew those existed, but stayed away from any demos at quilt shows, as I know my bank account cannot afford such distracting devices.)
