MEASURING TAPE SNAP BAGS

Once again......

Barb is doing things that she has no business doing....

Not doing what I should be doing.  (you can find the pattern here)

I guess in my defense.... sometimes a gal just has to take a break from the have toosssss.

to the want tooooooossss

. and I wanted to.

and....I had fun....

and...I couldn't just make one.

. I have actually made eleven of these....

Aren't they Purdy????

I only quilted one.

I found that they were just as nice without the quilting.

They close with a measuring tape.....I love these and they are sooooooo fast.

Jean was making these over at her blog
and she did say that she couldn't stop making the.....I understand...I understand.

  6. Hmmmm. I need to make one of those in a "manly fabric" to replace the small change bag I carry in my pocket. Is the measuring tape easy to work with?

  8. These are adorable! You must've ripped that package open when you received it and started right in on sewing. See how addictive they are? At the quilt show the other day, I saw more designs by them....watch out!

  11. I agree. I had to buy a tape measure at the dollar store, so I could keep making them. They are fun and easy. It is great to do something you have no business playing with sometimes!

  15. They make great gifts too! Make up a set quick as a wink, tie them up with pretty ribbon and you are a gift genius! Would be easy to modify to fit cell phones, iPods, readers, tablets, cameras. So fun to make these!
