Don’t these witches fingers look gross???? I think you would have to be drunk to eat them or hungry. I made these for the scouts Tuesday night….you can get the recipe here
Now these are yummy. They are just Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the middle dunked in almond bark……ummmm ummmm good. I just put the bark in the microwave for one minute, stir and then put it in for another minute.
In November our church is having a day of service, so I was asked to help make quilt tops so the ladies can tie them. As you see, I got out my trusty Accuquilt Go cutter...
I suggested that we bring machines and have them quilt in the ditch…for some reason tying doesn’t get to my happy side.
Don’t forget Ebony’s book tour, you can see the list on my side bar.
The witch's fingers do look gross. I bet the boys loved them. I have tied a few quilts but I prefer them quilted. It wouldn't take long to do the quilts in the ditch.
ReplyDeleteThose Witches Fingers are too kreepy to eat. Have fun at the scout meeting.

LOL on the witch's fingers!!! Yummm on the chocolate peanut butter crackers. Love the quilts!!
ReplyDeleteI'd have to be REALLY drunk to eat those witches' fingers! LOL
ReplyDeleteTying just doesn't sit well with me either Barb, It always looks like you just couldn't bother, I guess when you were just making quilts to keep warm it was different. Those witches fingers are sure gross looking but boys love gross.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kick (sweetly) to get my go machine going.lol. I bet Halloween was big at your house with all of your boys. I just finished Jonah's costume today he is going to be a spider. Blessings Sandra
My son would love the witch fingers. Thanks for the recipe link!
ReplyDeleteYour quilts are great. And, I'm sure the witch's fingers were a hit with the kids. I'm always surprised how Ritz crackers taste when used to make cookies. You've been busy.
ReplyDeleteI did Drunkard's Path only as a sample for sewing class. Never got to it back again.
ReplyDeleteEwww, those fingers are revolting!
ReplyDeleteThe quilts aren't though.
Yep.... those fingers look pretty gross.. so let the boys have them.. I am sure they gobbled them up! :)
ReplyDeleteNow for the chocolate covered ritz... send them over here. yum!
your treats are so fun!!
ReplyDeleteFor years we did a Halloween dinner and home evening called "Witchalena" with funky Halloween food. The kids want to do it again but it's so hard to get everyone together. I've printed out this recipe just in case I ever get back to doing it. I better, after all I bought all the Halloween dishes to go with it years ago!!
ReplyDeleteEwwww, If you will hide the "fingers" I'll be right over for the yummy fancy Ritz crackers! LOL
ReplyDeleteLove your Accuquilt fun!
Gross fingers! I'll bet the boys loved them though. I have been asked to bake something for Halloween, but nuts are not allowed at my daughter's school. Too bad. These would have been perfect.
ReplyDeleteHahaha!!! I love the 'fingers' -- you did a great job with yours! And your Drunkard's Path blocks don't look so bad, either! ;)
ReplyDeleteThose fingers are downright creepy. The ritz crackers look yummy.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the boys will enjoy the fingers, they really are very life like. Well done.
ReplyDeleteLove the quilts - drunkards path is such a versatile block.
Enjoy
Just had to pin those fingers! I couldn't eat one but can't think of a single teenager that wouldn't! (or scout LOL)
ReplyDeleteI used to love making those cookies for the kids' parties.
ReplyDeleteI sure miss those days!
Barb, those "fingers" look so real, the took me a moment to figure our the fingernails. Great job.
