I had left over strips (a lot), they were sitting on my table for a while staring at me, more like me staring at them.
Once again my fabric was speaking to me, (does that mean I am crazy)?
This is where the "What if" comes in.
I couldn't help but stare back every time I would pass by them.
Then the "if" went into action.
I sewed three strips together, got my tumbler die out and started cutting. Then I thought, what if again....and started sewing the tumblers together. I am sure you have seen the smaller ones sewn together in a ring, well, here is the large tumbler die.
This is the end result from the Jelly Roll excluding the ruffle.
Then I started to think.....what if you could make this table topper with all Accuquilt Go dies....
Then I started to think.....what if you could make this table topper with all Accuquilt Go dies....
and you can!!! The only difference is the weave in the middle is bigger (I will confess easier). The fabric for the blue topper I got at Inchworm Fabrics.
So.............. I am offering this pattern to 3 people, it will include the pattern for "non" Accuquilt Go owners as well as Accuquilt Go owners.

Very clever and cool, Barb! Thanks for counting me in.
It's so pretty with the pleated edge. I'd love to win the pattern.
You are a good "What Ifer!" Those table toppers are so cute, and I've never seen the tumbler sew in a circle.
Excellent idea Barb, I love them. Thanks for the chance to win the pattern,
Hugs
Hi..I'm new to your blog and I must say I love your work..I wish I had an accuquilt :) ..it's on my wish list...I'm off to check out the rest of your blog :) ....mandy
This is a great idea. I just got my Go cutter and looking for some easy patterns.
Sometimes the "what ifs" are the most creative part of our quilting. Having an adventurous (did I spell that right? the older I get the less I can be sure on spelling)spirit helps.
And forgetful, did I mention that? Love the projects-partial to the blue one!
What a great pattern. Can see one made for my table on the balcony. A christmas one. The list can be endless...
So cute! Great idea Barb. I am very impressed.
oh that is genius, I love it! how big is the circle?
Beautiful (I prefer the blue tho both are great), I would love a chance to win the pattern (a non Accu owner here!). Thanks!
Oh what a sweet pattern! Would love the chance! :)
Looks great Barb. I love the center of the blue one.
I have a circular dining table and love this idea... and I love your creativity in finding a pretty and practical use for the scraps... there are some collections I've used that I just can't bear to walk away from, and want to use up every little bit... never owned Sunkissed, but must confess, every time I see it out in blogland, I wish I did...
Barb, this is gorgeous! "What if..?" is my favorite creativity tool.
Your patterns are the best!
They are so pretty. You have great ideas.
Don't count this toward the comments for entering, please. I have another purchase at Inchworm I'm making today so I'm being impatient and picking it up anyway.
Just want to say, I LOVE when you have "what ifs". I get those, think of something (I feel) is brilliant, don't write it down, don't remember it except to walk by again and think, "I had a good idea, what was it?" LOL
Como sempre os trabalhos estão perfeitos, pura inspiração. Amo o capricho com que você trabalha.
