TEN MINUTE BLOCK (3 seams a block)

If you had a chance to read the post below, it will have the information you need to find the video on this 10 minute block. Three seams.....

I just used two fabrics (wish I had more of the green). I also figured out how to put the block between the rows.... Trust me, it looks far better in person.

Here is what the fabric looks like up close and personal.
I took several pictures of this top and still could not get it to look like this. There is not bubble in the quilt, it does lay flat...in hurry.... Oh...these are 8" blocks instead of the 10" in the picture below.

Headed out the door or I would do better. Made this last night before I went to bed...(nope...didn't stay up all night). This took me again, 3 hours to make.....if I hadn't put the blocks in the middle of the rows it wouldn't have taken as long.

Enjoy your day!

  16. I think this is so slick- I am not sure how I found it before but I bought Suzanne's book- You don't really need it but Connecting Threads had it for under 10 dollars awhile back and it has a few more quick patterns in it. I bought a couple of batik layer cakes for this project.
    Thanks for sharing.
    Regards,

  18. I've got this book, but haven't made anything from it yet. Are you going to tell us how to get the extra row of blocks in the quilt. It's stunning, also like the use of 2 color/fabrics. Very nice quilt for such a quickie.
