My youngest son was working for a furniture store and he brought this for me for Mother's day. He took alot of harassment from his co-workers for buying this.
They say pictures speak a thousand words.....this one speaks volumes to me.
Here are my Halloween block swaps which Jane hosted. Thanks Jane....love them all.
I love that figurine your son got for you. They are such special figurines in that line....and it's nice that he saw the "message" in that one!!!
ReplyDeleteOh isn't that pretty. My mother-in-law bought that exact same one for my husband about 5 years ago. I love those blocks.
ReplyDeleteI love the blocks! What are you going to make from them??? Will you need to add a couple more blocks? I noticed there were 22 and I can't figure that into a top evenly lol!
ReplyDeleteBarb, the figurine is beautiful! How sweet of your son. Love your Halloween blocks.
ReplyDeleteAWWWW ! I think it's a cute and very thoughtful gift.
ReplyDeleteThey only gave him a hard time because they are jealous!

ReplyDeleteYour son is a jewel. Only a young man of character would buy his mother something and take the ribbing from his co-workers. I love those facesless Willow Tree figurines. I have several of them myself :-)
