The friend that made the three quilts, well she finished them and made these two - one hour totes.
Then my other friend made this quillow, she started it one Friday and finished it the following Friday.
Don't you just love how every event is tagged for before or after the tsunai? What a point of reference.
Then "after" the tsunami, I made this quillow.
Love the fabric choices.
ReplyDeleteIt is funny how we use events to remember things. I like the projects although the one hour bag would take me several.
ReplyDeleteBarb it is so nice that your friends were able to experience some joy before tradegy
ReplyDeleteNice projects. Were all your sewing ladies fine? No tsunami damage for any of them???
ReplyDeleteGood to see crafting back here again, Barb!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabrics in these projects. Hope you can have another sewing day & do this again soon.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear life in American Samoa returns to normal, and you find time for these sew-cials again. In the meantime, I know you are making a difference helping others. And you are in my heart & prayers, daily.
