I have decided that I need to do three more squares...it will fit a king size bed wonderfully with the extra squares and borders. Of course, it will have to wait for another day....but it won't be forgotten.
Yes, if you remember correctly, or go back in older post, you will see that I was asking what background square to use. This is the dresden plate. This is what I decided on and, I am now wondering if I should take a sample with me when I go to the states to find a matching border, because I can't do both(not enough material) the 3 extra squares and border....will have to be one or the other.

ReplyDeletePerfect background and I love the sashing, that quilt takes my breath away. yes, take some fabric with you, there are so many shades of a color, especially after all that work, you want it to work together!
