First off, I have to show you this precious little one.  I took the picture in the dark so that is why it looks pink.  I kept him last night so his momma could sleep.

I made this table runner yesterday from the Ohio Star Accuquilt Go Die.  I purchased this die about two years ago and just decided that I was going to play around with it yesterday.  I also used the Heart die as well.

This next little topper I used the Spider Web Accuquilt Go die.  I just purchased it from "Quilt in a Day".  This one has so many possibilities and was so fun to work up.

Ok, I have no business starting another quilt top, judge me if you will....I just can't help myself.  The devil made me do it???

I am going through 5 years worth of Island Batik scraps.  It just doesn't seem to help my scrap pile go down at all, what is up with that?  I loved the Ohio Star Accuquilt Go Die so much that I decided to go scrappy.  We will see how that goes.  So this is what I was doing today, off and on.

Scrappy Ohio Stars are a lot of fun. As long as you a contrasting fabric for the background (or white or black)they always look great. You can mix up the colors OR group those scraps by color and have controlled scrappy.
I am looking forward to seeing what you do.

Awww...so precious! You are very generous, hope you got some sleep as well.
The projects are awesome, especially like the IB scrappy ones! Barb, I don’t know how you accomplish so much each day! 😮

What a beauty that little one is and such a treat for you and the mom! I believe I am going to get to all those scraps one day and look forward to seeing what you come up with. I have a star one I bought awhile ago that I keep thinking I should bring out and play!

Glad to see you are not sitting around idle, hehe. I like how you added the hearts in the star blocks.

Your star runner with the hearts is also sweet. Perfect for February.
How fun that spider web quilty looks! I can imagine it was a joy to play around with that one.

How sweet, and so great of you to watch the baby to give mama a break. Love your table toppers. I have no room to judge anyone about starting new projects. Can't wait to see it scrappy.
