FRIEND OR FOE?

Upon leaving Virginia a real sweet friend gave me this puzzle.
Last night I decided to pull it out and work it up. Now I am wondering if she is friend of Foe....

This is me whinning here...."This is without a doubt one of the hardest puzzles I have ever put together!"

Is she secretly laughing in the corner?

With each piece comes a new fabric and I think to myself...oh...I want that fabric....or that one.

So....if I go missing for a while, you know where I will be....why not come over and put a piece in yourself?

Have a great day!!

wow ! Cool puzzle. I used to do puzzles all the time, but spend all that energy on my UFOs these days. One day I just might pull out a puzzle again. . .

Oh my goodness, that looks hard. Best of luck Barb!

Ha ha...just looking at the photo of the puzzle, it does look like it would be a hard one. But it will be a great distraction for you when you need a break from sewing. Have fun! :o)

XOXO,

Cyndi

I love the puzzle. Once you finish it you can get it framed and you can hang it in your sewing room!

Oh boy! That looks like fun!

That puzzle does look like a challenge! I may have to go looking for that for my mom. She once completed the "world's hardest jigzaw puzzle" in about one day. But I don't think it was as hard as this one looks! Good luck!

I love puzzles but this doesn't look like an easy one to be sure. It looks like you have a great start. We actually have a board to do puzzles on so it's easy to slip under the bed when it needs to be out of sight.

Keep telling yourself it's good brain exercise:)

That is a really cool puzzle. If she's a friend then all of the pieces are there. If she's a foe then she sneaked one piece out of the box. Have fun!

My 22-year-old and I love puzzles. We've had one on the table since it's been so blasted hot and it's been a doozie! I'd love to do one like this but instead we're doing one about the Titanic where I swear almost every piece is the same shape! Enjoy your puzzle, I know we're enjoying our's!

I will be right over to help I love a good puzzle but my brain is pretty slow these days. The closest I get to a puzzle is a crossword. That one looks like a fun one but seeing all that fabric could drive you crazy. Hugs

I love puzzles. I think that is one reason I love to quilt. Cut up the fabric and put it back together :-) I've never seen a quilt puzzle before.

Yikes! Good luck with that!

That does look challenging! You are too funny, wanting the fabric in the picture :)

Oh my goodness gracious....I would just go blind!

I do love puzzles, but this one could be a challenge. Can you "cut" the puzzle blocks up and build them the way you'd like?

Oh geez Barb...I am not the one to invite over for puzzles. However, my youngest son...he is like a puzzle savant...the kid can put them together before I can even tell what one of the pieces is.

Good luck!

Kelly

It looks challenging, but lots of fun, too. Keep checking the floor for missing pieces. :-)

Ha! I feel your "pain" I bought a puzzle for the family to work on - I got the border done - dh and dd sat down for about an hour each - and it has been on the d/r table for months - no progress!! I will leave it there til after the quilters weekend - and if no one plays with it - back in the box it goes!!!LOL Good luck and good patience!!

Oh, Barb, I love jigsaw puzzles! Although that one is only 750 pieces, it certainly doesn't look easy. I also read your more recent post with your man's puzzle adventure. hahaha...yes, you must train him better...when he comes in from the doghouse. **snickering**

I love puzzles but certainly will wait to join until my son is older. That means I'll be around 70 yrs old. I see these at my LQS, very fun!
