I have been having a blast making these round toppers for my kitchen table.
Made with the Sweet Divinity Sweet Fabrics, Lady Bird leaves (cranberries), and Cottage Romance Red from Inchworm Fabrics.
Nothing goes to waste!!!!!
Here is what you can make with the left over hearts (the middle of the hearts from above).
This is just a top. I wish I had more of the blue fabric. This picture does not do it justice. I will post when I finish this top. This top measure about 42" x 42".
.
The next one is the experimental one, I guess you could say draft. My husband when he saw it didn't like it....I was kinda hurt but the following day he came in and saw the above one with the blue back ground and loved it. I just think the white is just tooo white.
Now for the fun part, Be one of the first five people to comment and I will send you this pattern free.. You will be able to find this pattern at Inchworm Fabrics. Jeanette is also offering kits as well.
Some of you have asked if I used my Accuquilt Go cutter for this, this heart is a page long, there is no Accuquilt Go heart big enough for this project.

That pattern is so lovely! Would be so nice on my kitchen table, too!
so pretty Barb.. do you use a special cutter?
i LIKE the white one...but have to agree the blue one is even better! They're gorgeous.
The round toppers are beautiful!
I like it but I don't want to keep someone else from getting the pattern. So count me out of the five.
I think this is just adorable!... I have a glass-topped table in our dinette, and something like this would break the 'coldness' of the glass and the metal... you have inspired me!... have a great day!
They are so beautiful. I just adore the first one. I am getting so many wonderful ideas from you. My to make list is getting longer, HA! HA!
Very cute! Could be the center of a quilt too!
Very cute! I love how you used the leftovers for another project. (I just throw them in a box or bag and hand them over to my mom - "hostess gifts" when she has me over to sew!)
Very cute! Could be the center of a quilt too!

You are the best heart cutter. I can't believe how perfect they are. This is very, very cute!
Love the table toppers! The blue is adorable.
I love your patterns Barb, and this is such a unique and very pretty table topper.
The blue really works well and somehow makes the hearts show up more clearly. Funny how colors work sometimes.
Great new idea.
Dang - I can't believe I got here too late!!! Story of my life! LOVE your hearts and that topper is too adorable. Loved your trees too & can't wait to see what you come up with next!
WOW!! Pretty!!
Good grief...I'm still trying to recover from Christmas and here you are all ready for Valentine's Day! I wish I could be as organized!
Beautiful and different...I love it!
Barb, this is absolutely darling!!! :)
I love this pattern!
I'm definitely not one of the first to comment though!!
I agree that the blue is better. Not such a stark contrast.

THAT my friend is brilliant.
BARB!!! I love that! Oh my gosh, girl, you are amazing! Those fabrics are just soooo perfect. I think the one with the white background is pretty, too. Your hubby must be a lot like mine...always has an opinion on what I'm sewing, and it's not always favorable! :o( Can't wait to see the other topper when it's finished!
XOXO,
Cyndi

Well, I am not ne of the first five, but I don't have a Go! anyway ;) This is such a cute pattern, Barb. I love the white background (crazy husband). I can't believe you're onto Valentine's Day...I'm not over Christmas yet haha.

Great design. As always, you are so talented!!!

You have been one busy lady and I love the heart pattern- like so many of your other commenters. Happy New Year to you and your family.

I really, really love your Valentine table toppers, especially that first one! Wow, they are really wonderful. So simple and that's what I like about them. Thanks so much for sharing this great pattern.
I love it Barb , great hearts and a great topper ! I think the white one will look fine once you have a brighter binding sewn on.
gee you have to be quick to be the first 5. love the table topper

great table runners!!
Beautiful Barb! I love it!
Love the heart design. Nola
How are on earth did you cut out the shapes???? So intricate and so pretty and mind boggling that you are thinking of the next festival.
Very cute Barb! I love the way you've quilted the top one. Even though I like the white background, the blue is still very fresh, modern and adorable!
Awwwe! Hate I missed being one of the five, but wanted to say this is just beautiful!
These are fabulous Barb! I love the quilting on the round one.
Thanx for the chance.
Oh, this is such a beautiful design, Barb!
I love this round heart topper in both background fabrics! I never put toppers on my tables because, well, my family are not neat but I think I could use a round topper that would sit in the middle of the table. Terrific!
Absolutely stunning. It makes me wish I could do applique so I could make one.
Nice to see some round table toppers - love the hearts and the Christmas trees - I made some basic ones for my round table a couple of years ago.
Round is very good.
I'm not a real big hearts fan, but this design is lovely! Well done :)
Darling. I love it on the blue.
Your table toppers are beautiful and your quilting really "tops" it off. Love it.
Great job Barb!

I love it Barb....have just purchased the kit (once I've finished ooh'ing and aaah'ing and checked out that is!) from the shop. Hugs Naomi
Wow Barb, is that heart table mat a fun design or what! I like both the white and blue background. I found that I really couldn't choose...unless I absolutely had to, then I'd go for the white.
I love this table topper. Sweet!
Love those table toppers!!! Your work looks fantastic!
