What would be a travel sewing kit without the kit...so I made this green bag....Now you men will feel comfortable carrying around this green sewing bag...no frills here.
I added another piece of fabric and....found this cute measuring tape...I love it...truth be told, I almost kept it for myself....

Do I love 'green'? Yep, not only am I part Irish I am finding the older I get the more I re-cycle and re-prupose. Perhaps it was the era that I grew up in, things weren't that easy to come by so we used and then we used.

Said it before, I love green! I need that seam ripper too :( Now that the grandson is walking, he can reach my sewing stuff on the end table, so a pouch will keep him out of harms way until he learns to do zippers! :)

Happy Earth Day, a perfect day to "go green" -- you know what, I am loving green more and more. I bought some green fabrics and some green thread. (don't tell Tonya though! shhhh!)
I can always use another seam ripper, I seem to "lose them" under my piles of stu...errr "works in progress."
And I was just thinking how I need more of those pins...although I may buy some tomorrow... but hey, more is better, right?
