Loving that THIMBLEBERRIES
Gene from ,Art by Gene,sent me an email when I ordered all those books and he said he had some books that I could have and so he shot over some pictures....and this Thimbleberries book just shouted out at me. So he sent it to me along with some wonderful fabrics....

I have that book also, and several others by Thimbleberries. I love their stars, houses and tree patterns.
I've enjoyed that book for years...so simple and easy! You'll enjoy it!!

Glad you like the book AND the fabrics. Those pieces that have the veggies on them are bark cloth from the 50s I think.
I love all the Thimbleberries fabric and patterns I see, but....I've not gotten into that yet...but hope to at some point. Gene is a great person...so I'm not surprised he'd send that to you!
I'm usually a brights and batiks girl, but even I love Thimbleberries!
