I saw these mini clamps at a store here and had to have them, just knew I could use them for something quilty.....any ideas? How about borders? Holding two pieces together that need the glue to dry between them? How about clamping to the quilting frame? What else?
Son #4, He is my candle boy.....he always brought me candles...not just small ones either. He is also the one that would notice my being tired and always ask if I needed help and sneek in a hug every now and then. He and his younger brother would always look around to make sure one of the other brothers was not looking or around and sneek me a hug. Now talk about warming a mom's heart....who needs gifts with a hug snuck in every once in a while.
So I have shared with you something about each son....some were objects that ment alot, others were just moments in time that will forever be embedded in my hearts memory. Just like each memeory, each son is just as special. Thanks for indulging me in this.....
Tutorial over at Inch worm fabrics, if you have time go on over and take a look.

I use mine to sandwich small quilts on the cutting table - and frequently find they have migrated to the barn to hold the doors open! It is so amazing to watch the individual development of our children and sometimes wonder where they came from!
I have enjoyed the stories of your sons. Thanks for sharing them with all of us.
Great wee clamps. I am sure there must be a million uses for them.
I am enjoying reading about your boys.
ah yes memories that just warm our hearts

Those clamps will come in handy to hold your ruler to your cutting mat. At least thats what I use them for.
The clips are cute on their own. How about showing the clips off the same time you show a colorful quilt off. Will they work to hang & display a quilt? How about sandwiching a quilt, clamping to a table top?
I'm sure you'll find many uses. I love tools & organizational stuff.

I am loving your stories! I only have one son, but I can relate! Isn't it wonderful to be a Mom? Sorry I have no idea what to do with those clips, but I am sure you will find some use for them. I love the pretty colours!
Those little clamps are a great investment - I'm sure you'll find a multitude of uses for them!! Love the fabric in that little bag!!
An overstuffed flat rate box is in the mail and on its way to you!!!!
Hello Barb, thank you for your thoughts for me....also for sharing your precious time with your boys....you are right...my Jess does the same thing....a pity I could never do the same thing with my Mum.....hugs lyn
Thanks for sharing your sons with us! They sound like wonderful guys~ their mama raised them right! ;-)
Cute little bag. :-)
Barb, You were asking about the clamps- we use them regularly when we are spray basting a big quilt on a table. They work great and hold the quilt really nice and taut.
I used to pin baste my quilts but it is so much easier to fabric glue them together so these days that is what I am able to do.
I am sure you will find lots of good ways to use them.
Regards,
Anna
