SATURDAY'S SUPER CUTE STITCHING

A friend asked me to sew this little blanket for her daughter.  I wasn't too happy about the fabrics, slippery, but it did turn out awfully cute.

Made this for the Handmade challenge for Sew Cal's blog, it isn't too late if you want to enter something.

Loo...I can feel the fabric slipping and sliding. Lovely control! Cute embroidery too!

I'll bet that was slippery fabric to work with. It probably feels heavenly.

It did turn out cute. Did you use a Teflon foot when you stitched it?

I would have guessed that the fabric was very slippery to sew on; but you did a fantastic job. Just beautiful. I like the embroidery you did as well.

Lovely projects. Is that a pillow sham? It is really pretty but I can see how slippery it is from here.
