FINISHES!!! Trying to Stay focused!

Yesterday I sandwiched three quilts and have two already sandwiched and so that is my goal to get them quilted.

I just love these Gesha girls.  I got the design from Designs by Juju...I just love their embroidery and it works up really well.

It is so fun to have some finishes and it feels great.... Unfortunately there are more but I am determined to get these done and then go on to the tops that are half finished and work on those.  This one quilt below is made from Fabrics from Inchworm Fabrics  as well as the Oriental fabric above.
Trying to stay focused!  How do you stay on the path?

Love them, especially the pink one! I find now that I am older I have a short attention span. Makes it hard to get things done.

Ha! Focus? No matter what I vow upon my return in the spring, I'm always starting new projects, large and small. When I packed up last fall, I had to add another laundry basket of UFOs to the closet!! Great finishes. Congratulations.

Good to stay focused. If you could bottle it you would be a millionaire! I need something to keep me from flitting from one thing to another and getting nothing done!

looks great! Just have your quilts out where you can see them, so you're reminded of them all the time :) oh and have a list too.....

I think the closer I get to having a project finished the more focused I am and I just keep working on it. Cute quilts, love the Geishas.

Oooh those are pretty! They remind me of some "First Steps" quilts I made a few years ago. Some baby is going to really love them!

I tell ya, Barb, that first triangle really threw me! I ended up paper-piecing most of it, then appliqueing the big "corn cob" on last. I couldn't have done it without the terrific instructions on thatquilt.blogspot.com I don't know what happened to her, she hasn't posted in over a year, but her Dear Jane instructions are still the best.

Take care,
Susan in Texas

I don't know that I do stay on the path. Sometimes my muse likes to take detours.
