MEASURING TAPE SNAP BAGS

Once again......

Barb is doing things that she has no business doing....

Not doing what I should be doing.  (you can find the pattern here)

I guess in my defense.... sometimes a gal just has to take a break from the have toosssss.

to the want tooooooossss

. and I wanted to.

and....I had fun....

and...I couldn't just make one.

. I have actually made eleven of these....

Aren't they Purdy????

I only quilted one.

I found that they were just as nice without the quilting.

They close with a measuring tape.....I love these and they are sooooooo fast.

Jean was making these over at her blog
and she did say that she couldn't stop making the.....I understand...I understand.

Hmmmm. I need to make one of those in a "manly fabric" to replace the small change bag I carry in my pocket. Is the measuring tape easy to work with?

Aren't they great? The dollar store measure tapes are just fine btw.

These are adorable! You must've ripped that package open when you received it and started right in on sewing. See how addictive they are? At the quilt show the other day, I saw more designs by them....watch out!

mesureing tapes? how does that work?

I agree. I had to buy a tape measure at the dollar store, so I could keep making them. They are fun and easy. It is great to do something you have no business playing with sometimes!

I actually have this pattern, Barb, and have never used it. Bad Cindy. Yours are just too snappy and cute. Hugs

So, how expensive is the measuring tape you need for these. I've been wanting to make one myself.

I too have made more than my fair share of these. Like so many bags, they are addicting to make.

They make great gifts too! Make up a set quick as a wink, tie them up with pretty ribbon and you are a gift genius! Would be easy to modify to fit cell phones, iPods, readers, tablets, cameras. So fun to make these!
