SING WITH ME..."WE ALL LIVE IN A YELLOW SUBMAINE"

YELLOW SUBMARINE....

This is made with the small tumbler die, the whole time I couldn't help but think of the sixties, the hippie era.....incense.....black lights, psychedelic colors.... not that I experienced any of that, I came in on the tail end of it all....was just a kid...

Went together quick and easy. Most of the fabrics was from a giveaway I won over at Marilyn's Maze, thanks again Marilyn!!
Enjoy your week-end.

Very nice Barb. My granddaughter and I made two Click-It bags using that same fabric today.

Sweet quilt Barb.....does it glow in the dark? It should if it's a 60's quilt LOL.

Wish I could say I didn't experience the 60's, it would make me younger! LOL However, I did and I can see why you are reminded of those years with these colors. I love it! I also like your Ginger Jar quilt photo at the top. I did that one too. :)

This is my favorite GO die. I just used mine and cut almost 300 of these last night from my CW scrap bag. Your quilt is adorable!

Today seems to be the day for silly songs. The kids and I were singing a few in the car today and just generally being goofy.

I have the large tumbler die and I like it but I think the smaller die would work for those smaller projects. Plus, I think the fabrics blend a bit better when the pieces are smaller. I really like the colors in this quilt. Great job!

Yes, it does look like 60's fabric. Do you have a black light you can put it under? Does it glow in the dark? Very cute. I love the colors!
