Flower Origami Quilt

There are 125 folded flowers, it took me 16 hours to fold them. It took me 15 minutes to sew each flower down. This quilt was alot of work. I just had 6 flowers left to sew down, when my friend came over with her quilt and she insisted I keep at it until I was finished. Thanks to her, I was able to finish a quilt top that had been in process for about 4 years.

Used my new tool, it works great!!!

Almost completed.....my thread keeps breaking when I stipple...so I am at a stand still. I was hoping to be finished but....soon. Oh....I am not able to tell you what book or pattern this is because the book is in storage...sorry that I am not able to give credit where credit is due.

Beautiful! I'm new to quilting (just finished my second wall haning quilt) but I can feel an addiction coming on!

I'm so impressed that you folded that many flowers. The end result is awesome though!

I did this pattern a few years ago and, yes, it is a lot of work. It looks really pretty when finished. I think the name of the book is "Folded Flowers" although I am not positive.
